Our USDA Choice Grade filet mignon comes from the top 7% of quality beef produced in the USA. Our beef is perfectly wet aged for 28 days and is expertly hand-cut from the center of the tenderloin. These are the same steaks served in steakhouses, fine restaurants, and country clubs; even your local butcher may not carry this high quality of filet mignon.
