Roasted Duck with Orange Sauce
Our USDA Grade A Half Duck has been roasted to perfection – tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside and is partially boned with only the wing and leg bones remaining. Duck in Orange Sauce or “Duck a l’orange” is a traditional French dish. Simply heat and serve with the enclosed orange sauce for a classic French dish. C’est trés magnifique!
